Four steps to launch your first affiliate program. Ten minutes end to end.

   Sign up

   Go to /register, fill in your email, password and name. Choose the «Owner» role. Once your email is confirmed, the dashboard opens at /dashboard.

   Create a company

   In the Companies section click «Create company» and enter a name, website and contact details. You can attach multiple companies to one account — for example, different brands or legal entities.

   Create a program

   In the Programs section add an affiliate program. Set a name, commission type (percentage or flat amount), cookie lifetime (30 / 60 / 90 days), minimum payout and a target URL where partner traffic will land.

   Partner link

   In the program card, copy the link www.partnerportal.kz/register?program=slug and send it to your partner. On sign-up they're automatically enrolled in the program and receive a unique referral code.

A small JS pixel is installed on the program owner's website to capture referral-link traffic. The pixel records every visit and stores click data — the partner identifier (referral_code) and a session identifier (cookie_id) — in a cookie on the visitor's device.

Cookie lifetime is configured when you create the program (30, 60 or 90 days). If the visitor returns within that window and makes a purchase, the conversion is credited to the partner automatically.

A conversion is recorded the moment a referred customer takes a target action on the owner's site — paying for an order, submitting a lead, or subscribing. The system automatically identifies which partner brought the customer, computes the commission per program rules, and credits the partner's balance.

The commission type is set in the program card: a percentage of the order, or a flat tenge amount. The owner can override the rate for individual partners — useful for top partners on custom terms.
